It was our pleasure to attend the annual “National Child and Adolescent Mental Health Congress” in Istanbul during May 2023 and visit our wonderful team there!
We had the opportunity to hear from leading experts on ADHD and learn about attentional difficulties in various populations.
Among the many amazing talks we attended:
Prof. Luis A Rhode who discussed the importance of treating ADHD and the positive effect it has on other comorbid disorders such as depression, anxiety, obesity, etc.
Dr. Guilherme V. Polanczyk who discussed the importance of early diagnosis and intervention of ADHD and how this is important for the developmental trajectory of the child.
Prof. Yoram Braw who discussed the utility of the MOXO-dCPT in detecting feigned ADHD, as well as the usefulness of eye tracking together with CPT in the clinical detection of ADHD.
Dr. Ferda Korkmaz Özkanoğlu who ran a workshop on MOXO d-CPT Usage and Evaluation Certificate Training which had over 100 participants attending.
During this trip we were also able to spend quality time with our partners in Turkey, learn from each other and discuss future research potential, and how we can extend our ability to use the MOXO assessment in the education & sports domains.
In the photo you can find their expo booth at this event, which we were delighted to see was always busy with a smiling staff that would welcome visitors and even take them aside to show them how to use moxo and give the actual experience of our platform.
